Felt terrible and almost gave up after the first 2 miles, couldn't bear doing the planned 5 laps of the park as planned, so just set off down the road at the end of the park that I hadn't been down before. Ended up finding 2 new parks and doing several large hills. Turned back at 6 miles realising I felt great and glad to have been somewhere new. Got home just before it got dark.

Decided to do a temp run for the first time in ages. Tried to keep the pace around 7.30 minutes per mile but burnt out after 3 miles. Don't think I will ever do a sub 45 10k.

It was a good trail run through woodland and fields that have somehow survived the the tentacles of the motorway network. Despite having to duck under low branches and stumble over fallen trees it was great.

Not bad. Supposed to be 10k around the Tower of London, but two seperate Garmins had it at a lot less. British Heart Foundation really need to calibrate their tape measures properly!

A social run on a lovely evening, then a bit faster on the track. Also watched a hill race start and finish. Happy days.

Short and wet, slight case of cba. Me and Bompey went for cup of tea and a tea cake in cafe with nice log burner purring away. So that was nice !!!!
