Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Marathon Lads
Today we ran at Northbrook 10k at Coventry in about 61 mins, it was a quiet run as we have Stratford FM next weekend

it about 20 miles from our home here in Stratty, then on the way home we popped into Coventry’s Memorial park and ran for about an hour

But made it steady, I shall only do a couple of quiet solo runs between now and Shakespeare FM

But I have to say I do feel better for it

So, the countdown is now on for Shakespeare Marathon , hoping all of your preparation goes well

My first temp run since I injured my quad. Really enjoyed the faster pace. Drops of sweat falling off me when I cooled down and stretched; this has to be a good sign.

First ever marathon. Hot, hot, hot and last 5 were hell. But am chuffed I did it. Slower than I'd hoped, and I'll definitely be losing a toenail. :-)
