Good run in drizzle and a little bit cold. First 7+ mile run since starting training. kept pace pretty even after the disaster of last sundays 6 mile. This has made me feel alot better about my progress.

A bit good, Northbrook 10k, should not really have been racing as its VLM next week, but wanted to break the hour. Finished it last year in a few seconds over. This year 51.45 so pretty chuffed, and I beat three blokes from work who are also younger than me.
Babbit and others cheering on, so jolly good morning all round.

Lovely. Flitwick 10k, posted my best time (unofficially) at 10k so far, and had gas left in the tank to accompany my girls around the 1 mile fun run!

10k multi terrain at Radcliffe. Gtr Mcr - another gem from this great little club. Ran with the running guru who shamed me into starting running in 1986 - he came up from Suffolk to be with me, so this was a v. special day indeed
