Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Watford Wobble
My last longish run before VLM 2010. Felt rough for first 3 miles and then gradually got into my stride and felt more comfortable. Great run in bright sunshine. Lovely and warm with birds singing. Good run.

Breezy, cool & refreshing - 6 miles, mostly road & promeade but one of those miles on firm sand at 0700 :)

Bloody lovely! Mr Boob took me on a scenic 5.5 mile run, apart from the occasional stench of horse poop it was beautiful, and the last part was atop the main road on the hilly fields and was very breezy!

Unbelievable. 48 hours after a marathon PB. 6+ miles at an average quicker than 8:30 :-)
