Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Squeezed in four miles with Dylan the dog- it was supposed to be a Fartlek but those spaniel eyes made me feel to guilty to leave him behind.

The sea drew me close today as I sought out trails to the north and beach to the south on my way home. 6 miles at 0630 and stirring views of the white horses atop the incoming breakers from Liverpool Bay. Not too bad, this running lark ;)

Surprisingly quick 3 miler 3 days after a marathon. Pity I couldn't have kept *that* pace up for 26.2 miles.... ;)

Would have been great if there hadn't been a fecking signal failure on the train line just outside Luton. Yes, I know, I should have run up and down the train...
