Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Awful. It felt like the last ten miles of a marathon which I hadn't done enough training for.

Nice. Sun out. Tried a new route, mostly off road. Gentle mid-taper pace.

tuck up
Had to really force myself out as I was a bit tired from getting up at 4.45am to go to work and from doing the Porthkerry Plod yesterday which although only 5 miles was really hard.
However, I ran a 10k to Castle Coch and back and it was my fastest this year so I am happy.

Those bright blue skies are deceptive, the wind is freezing. Good run anyway, out with Dylan the dog.

Solitary @ 0630 - I was master of all I surveyed: Crosby Marina, the beach and the Iron Men.

Mint - over the Stiperstones from Snailbeach - Devil's Chair - Mainstone Rock and back along the top, cracking weather, views a bit misty - or is that ashy?
