Top run Cabbey. Just did 7.5 miles round a foggy Lytham, great conditions really. Only stopped 'cause tea was nearly ready! ;)

3 for me too - 2.77 along the canal at lunchtime, 0.67 to the bus station then 5.65 Fartlek with the club :)
