Marathon Lads
Toinight as i did'nt have time to go to the club - i did a run on my own , which was when i got home 35 minutes
i really did'nt feel like going out at all - i pushed myself out that door with my warm gear on- and just plodded- having NO intentions of doing any speed work
i had to control the pace all the way to keep it easy
and started to feel ok, that's all - but after i finished and guzzled down some water - and had a shower i felt better
simply had i have NOT gone i'd of been well pissed off - but already just an hour later the physcological aspect of the run is paying off-
i am so pleased i went

How do I differenciate (did I spell it right) the difference between hilly and undulating? Probably a really silly question...

I think it depends where you are. My 'Undulating', I suspect, is the Suffolk posse's 'Vertical' and most people's 'flat'...

I live in a (what I call) hilly village.. I definately just ran up 3.. one of which is a slow half a mile slight 'hill'.. But my road I live in is definatley a hill.. although not very long! I am blonde and confused.. but want to record my training..
