Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

SODDING HILLS
Great run last night. 8 mile club run with 3 major hills. Been really struggling since New Year after doing too many races back-to-back at the end of 2008. I think the lay-off during the snow has helped. Best run in months, was flying at the end when I am usually way at the back of the group.

great, leading my kids on their bikes through the traffic. Starting to feel human again since getting extremely drunk at weekend and just having to join fetch singlies!

8 miles on a stomach of greasy sausage and chips, felt like throwing up after 3 but suddenly cleared up and I flew through the last 5, last 2 miles in 7:00 and 6:50, 58:56 alltogether

Reassuringly comfortable 15 miles at sub-9.30mm pace on tired legs :)

Better than average. No, actually, good. Flowed nicely, rhythm sweet :-)
