Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Set off too quick as I had in my head 'only a 20 min run!' then legs felt heavy and thought I was going soooo slow but when I logged my route I was surprised how far I had got (2.05 miles) and it was my quickest so far by 21 seconds per mile even though I wasn't trying to go quick - if any of that makes sense! hopefully it means that I am getting better - I will see tomorrow with my 60 min run!

Just over 16 miles for me in 2h10. Still got a cold so was a little hard going. Blocked or runny noses don't help with breathing and I'll probably end up making things worse tomorrow!
6 weeks to my next marathon so really should get 2-3 more 20 milers in.
