Great! Did 60 min run out and back turned at exactly 30 mins and got back at exactly 60 mins. Only second time I have ever run for an hour and improved my mile time by 31 seconds per mile even though it felt quite easy and covered 5.64 miles (9.08km) which is great as for my first 10k in May I would really love to go sub 60mins so I think I am on the right track

8 miles of wind rain and sleet, it was glorious when we set off and then turned halfway. Only wearing short sleeves, must be bonkers lol

9.4 miles from home, 7 min/miles, hilly, tarmac, cold, gales, dodged the blizzards, smashed PB time.

Not the best but on the positive side did include a 15 minute conversation with someone I'd not spoken to properly in ages.
