18 mile run, 3 varying laps of local Bay, felt a bit rough by the third lap and HR was much higher than usual...hope I'm not coming down with something :-(

very hard as have been ill for the last few weeks, only managed 2.75 miles but I did run the whole of it so shows I am slowly getting better, slightly worried about how I am gonna manage my ten miler the weekend after next as not been able to keep to training plan at all :-( Still two weeks is two weeks - am sure I will get there if I take it steady

Just over 6 miles on a treadmill. My hat goes off to all of you who ran 22k, 16 miles...in fact anything over an hour!:-0
