Just under seven miles with Sioux and the running pram.
By that I mean I ran with Sioux and pushed the pram, not that Sioux rode in the running pram, obviously....

Wouldn't she fit in ?
My run earlier was suprisingly wet and muddy, I ran in the same area on Sunday and it is a lot heavier going now.

Ran 7 miles last night and felt really good , came as a major surprise because my efforts over the weekend were a crock of sh++e .... Had to walk in a 9 miler (mentally my head had gone ) and struggled a little on a 7 mile on Sunday for the first couple of miles.
Wanted a 7 mile at good tempo yesterday and was happy with a 52:25 - for me thats good and felt i had more in the tank .... Now hope that my other runs this week are as good.

11 miles. If I were a proper runner with a schedule, I'd call it a "progressive run". Since I'm not, I just increased the effort in the last couple of miles because I could hear the kettle calling me home

challenging 6 miles tonight on sheet ice - amazed to stay vertical - had enough of the conditions now - my pace is so much slower than usual & can't do any speed stuff, well certainly not safely
