Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

i'm getting more stable & have adapted my style to suit the conditions - the roads are tough as they look ice free but you just dont see it.

Probably the coldest I have run at, -4 when I dropped the car at the garage at 8.30 (40 mins before I ran) Ok once i got going, no "burning air" but cold on the face & could feel it thro my gloves which is a first, stuck to the roads in the main as pavements largely tretcherous. Found it fairly hard going but nice sunny day & defo better then the treadmill!

Nine miles of snow, ice and trees. Superb outing, in spite of the painful fall on the sheet ice (hidden under fresh snow) in the middle. Someone pas the after-Sun!

Great 3miler just to keep things ticking over. The light reflecting off the snow was beautiful.
