Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Part Duex

1 mile easy warm-up, then 2 miles so hard, then 2 miles easy warm down

Mile 1: 9:22 - Nice and easy
Mile 2: 6:47 - Pushing very hard
Mile 3: 6:55 - Blowing hard & digging deep
Mile 4: 8:51 - Nice and easy
Mile 5: 8:47 - Easy does it.

Good session, the hard miles were into a good strong breeze so made it very hard work, and the 2 easy at the end felt very easy and very slow. Good effort for the second session of the day :-)

Harder work than I expected, but did 5 miles in just under an hour which I was pleased with considering the lurgy is still on the go, in fact I feel so rough now I am in bed already :p Bit windy but didnt bother me as much as the railway crossing being broken when I got there and having to turn round and re-jig my route
