10 miles in the pouring rain pushing the running pram.

very, very wild and windy on the Dee path. found it hard work today, speed slow.

but that's something i love about running, one bad run is neither here nor there, the next one might be wonderful.

4.2 miles at 0730 and 8.8 miles at 1520. Both in bright but cool conditions. Managed to find some flooding on second run so wet shoes again.
