Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just 3 miles. Wrapped up warm. Couldn't believe it when I got to the top of town and there was an inch of snow on the ground and on the cars! Yet nothing a mile up the road at my house!

Wet, wet, wet. Rain, sleet and hail turned my t-shirt into a wetsuit, my hands into icecubes, 10M into 5.5M and my phone into a brick.

I haven't been yet today ;-)

Yesterday 3.8 miles taking it very easy on one of the hilliest parts of Norwich in the morning. Then club session in the evening 8 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 x 60 seconds, 4 x 30 seconds. With 2 minutes down to 30 seconds recoveries.

I did 3.2 miles and it was freeeeeeeezing but good :)
Think I'll go for early mornings over evenings in future. It's nice to get it done.
