Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5 and a half miles up a big sodding hill in freezing gale force winds (that's Wales for you)

Still, averaged 8.22 min miles which is okay for hillwork.

Usually do 8 on a saturday but still recovering from Abingdon (that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it) and the weather was horrible....thinking of those doing Snowdonia....

Cold, wet and very windy, lots of hills ... closest I've ever come to developing hypothermia during a race. But over the moon with just under 4:10 for the Snowdonia Marathon :)

We're about 50 miles east of snowdonia and the weather is foul!!! But 4:10 is great! Never got under a 5 for Snowdonia.

Thanks, ladies :)

I was gobsmacked. Had a really strong run - though I did walk chunks of the last big hill. That's an absolute sod - nothing in Windermere or Langdale comes close.

Well done Vrap! :-)

I had a lovely run in the Peak District near Hathersage then popped in to Hathersage for a chip buttie and some jeans. Lovely! :-)

A businesslike 5 miles by the sea, just missing the foul weather.
