Cool. 9 miles. Driving wind and rain. Mud, puddles and a landslip. Lookking forward to blogging it. More wet n muddy stuff tomorrow with the club. I love autumn!

18 miles in the blizzard, quicker than I did in the NF Marathon

First time I have ever run a long run at sub 8:00 pace!

Fenland 10. Not easy today. I'm not even sure if I tried my best. More work needed and more confidence needed to give 110% and not 90%.
