SLOW RAMBLER
Last night was a dismal struggle over 2 km - ehhhhhh still in recovery after the 3 marathons in May... body is asking the questions..... I'm asking questions of the body asking it does it want to look really slim and gorgeous and fat and flabby as it is now... it has yet to come back to me on that one!! I've a 10 mile "race" on saturday - race to the finsh before everybody's gone home!
