Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Selby 10K - DNF
==========

Started OK, felt really strong for 1st mile then sudden loss of energy and willingness to continue just before 1.5 miles. Really struggled to maintain any sort of pace and gave up racing at around 2 miles....nearly pulled out at 3 miles and finally gave up the ghost just before 4 miles.

:-( :-( :-(

2 mile easy run, lovely, could have gone on and on - had to go back to work though.

Max71, so sorry to read of such boorish behaviour - hope you can rise above it and shame them with your athleticism.

You'll be back, SODIron. Well done 26.2 Steve :)

My run? Tranquil and life-affirming. I love the seaside.

Fecking lovely. A lunchtime run with Treacle made me an intolerable bouncy thing this afternoon at work.

sound as, Max71 :)

Running through the cool, crisp air of a Merseyside morning was bliss - tide out, sun lighting up the Wirral and N. Wales's mountains and the Iron Men gazing out to sea.
