West Yorkshire Plodder
My first long run in around a month - a nice steady (very slow) 9.2 miles in warm weather.

Big struggle, 9m which is my longest run since my marathon in April. Not to worry though!

t'was the best! First run outside since December. My injury nightmare could finally be over.
It may have only been 3 miles around an industrial estate (needed to keep it flat), but it was just fantastic!

Mostly good... nice and relaxed until the wind hit me. Even running downhill it felt like i was on a treadmill! 5M - the start of my half marathon training.

Really good. It was a 4 mile recovery run (whatever that means) so I took it nice and easy and it was almost relaxing at times. Loosened off my legs after my long one at the weekend.
Which no doubt means my next run will be absolutely awful!

A tidy 5.5-mile outing by the Irish Sea & banks of the Mersey - invigorating and almost flat
