Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Race pace 7 miles @ 7:20. Not bad, doing it at 7am as opposed to lunchtime wise. Prob have a short bimble later to make up for not running tomozz.

Poor.

Working overtime last night but still out the door by 7am for my usual Tuesday 10 miler. Got to around 3 miles and even at that time and in the shade I was overly hot and just couldn't effectively cool down. Struggled for the rest of the "run" with the temperature and numerous car drivers picking a point 2-3 secs before I reached their driveway to reverse out for the first time in a year. Legs feel a little bit heavy still but I'm thinking it's to do with my new shoes (latest Pegasus 25s) that are either slightly too big (went from size 8 to 8.5 due to my toes hitting the front and a large blister appearing) or there's a difference in them as I'm feeling a few niggles.

supposed to run for 30mins, but did 21mins - still pleased because running felt a lot more doable than it has in a while, stiches aside (grrr, silly stiches). oh yes and first outing for my new fetch t shirt, yaaaaaaay :):):)

Power walked for 3 miles. 4th attemt at power walking. Won't say if there was any pain or not! Been too optimistic in the past and regretted it. But enjoyed it! :-) :-) :-)
