Track session tonight. Bliddy knackering. Coach said I got better as the session went on tho, so that's good. Was 150m at 5k pace, 50m float, 200m at 5k, 50m float, 150m at 3k pace, 300m recovery. Four times. I asked what 3k pace was and got a "as fast as you can" kind of response...hmmmm.

Tempo run - along the road instead of the usual canal towpath - calves are very mildly complaining

Last night - had to. Was such a gorgeous evening. Me on my 2 feet and mrjude on his mountain bike as one of his 2 feet has a crack in it
5.6 miles of loveliness with a fast last 2.6 miles for good measure. Overall 10.05 with the last 2.6 at 9.39;9.45;8.51(!) respectively.
Today - hurty hip and hamstring on the PF side but it was worth it

My body is protesting about my increase in pace over the past three weeks - had to walk during a couple of the miles on my long run - and cut it to 8.5 instead of 10.5. A week of low intensity should sort me out (not including Monday's race)
