Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Had a lovely run backwards around one of the laps of the Kingston Breakfast Run, was great to be able to cheer on so many people we knew ('twas me, Kirsty, KittenHeelsKath and Kieren)...I went too fast though. Saw several Fetchies, some of whom I know, some I don't...we only got a few comments about going the wrong way.

Absolutely gorgeous run today.

From Wattsville to the top of Mynach Machen and back (touched the triangulation point like a good little hill runner). It's flippin hard work getting up there, but the view is incredible...........and I didn't stop for any rests on the way up. Really proud of myself

Only my second ever 6m today and did a time (PB) of 54.26.

Race was March Hair Raiser - great day and good running conditions.

Did anybody else out there run this race - what were your thoughts - interested novice asking?

Surprisingly sunny B'mth half marathon, which put my struggling into perpective when I stopped to help a fello runner who looked a bit worse for wear. He had jelly legs, hyperventalating breathing and eyes rolling back, I helped get some fluids into him and focus on slow deep breaths before I left him in the capable hands of a friend who was spectating.
