Was may furthest, Longest run ever
The sky was blue and the sun was warm on my face. I think spring has sprung today. It makes me very grateful that my body can take me on a run when I ask it to.
I even think that it was worth the blood blister that I now have on my toe :-).

West Yorkshire Plodder
Nearly 5 miles off road (very slow recovery pace).
Lovely day to be out - calfs were complaining a bit after Sunday race plus weds tempo session plus tues cycling - hopefully after another couple of weeks and they will know who's boss in this relationship.
Felt good to be splashing through the mud - no road for me today.
