Orienteering - 6km technically quite tricky. 1st Badge course since returning to the sport. A reasonable run, only one dodgey route choice and two 'I know its round here somewhere but I just can't quite find it' moments! Need to be fitter...

Nick beer 10k Llandudno - spectacular. A new PB, my 100th mile of 2008 and amazing scenery. Wow.

Well Done Steve, from what I've heard about the Nick Beer 10k it's NOT a walk in park!
I ran the Heaton Park 10k but the race was actually around 5.5 miles in total as according to what I heard afterrwards one of the Marshalls sent us all down the wrong route - gutted that couldn't record a 10k time as this was my first one & I was on target to do it under the hour. The race was really nice though & the scenery was great.

Well done welly. What a great day for racing. Did Blackburn Winter Warmer, tough course but well worth it.

Recovery run for me after XC yesterday. Was gorgeous, set off about 5pm, beautiful sunset, happy happy. This weekend I have 'd running so much...plus cheering on pals at the Valentines 10k, which was fun too - but cold!
