Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A rather lovely Wokingham Half, where I was reminded of

a) How far I've come with my running

b) How much running means to me

c) What Fetchies mean to me

Run last night around 7pm, set off and follwed a nice undulating course for a LSR, felt lovely and easy for the first time in a long time and did the 13 miles in about 1:48 so was hapy with the pace. It was a lovely cool evening and felt good.

Very short and very slow! Had a good old chunter to meself about people who light fires on lovely sunny evenings. Also ate WAY too much at lunch time and felt sick all the way round (lesson learned).

But at least I went. :)
