Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good run with friend over south downs - 7.75miles slow (1.20) but really enjoyable after ages being careful of knee. Mind you, managed to slip bad leg off stile which still smarts a bit and turned ankle, but with that weather nothing was going to spoil it!

Bob!
Benfleet 15 this morning
2.21.26
pace 9.25
ave hr 153bpm (71%)
Max 168bpm

15 Miles in the bank, quite pleased with the pace, especially as it was only at 71% WHR. Aim was just to get around get a decent long run in without too much effort.

The effort is planned for the Great Bentley Half next Sunday when I hope to have a pop at my PB

New treadie arrived so am back in the land of running in my own time not having to wait for security to be home!

As a celebration did 5k last night - pretty slow as was playing with the settings but it seems like a top machine, the ultimate piece of running kit! Will work on getting some mileage up now as will be able to do 'little and often'. Also need to see if my garmin chest strap hrm works with it.......

Foot whinged a bit but iced and did massive stretching afterwards so can stay in denial.
