Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Very windy morning. Confronted by a stray dog which actually followed me a good mile or so and met me at the top of the hill. Sptrinted up the hill with fear and eventually got back to the car. Can't say it was enjoyable this morning.

Couldn't sleep again, drove to Tescos, 6 mile run then shopping. Felt saintly and much less groggy by 8.30am :-)

Very blumming windythat was head, it completely slowed me down :-( but the return journey was ace :-) Ran along the seafront & the waves were quite high, a dog followed me for a bit too but I could here the owners calling him to get away from the sweaty runner - you don't know where he's been, THE CHEEK!

Gone, sound like fun, running along the seafront. I did a 5.3 mile loop on my still very achy legs, and managed a dirge-like pace. Basketball really takes the a toll on the legs. I will not be playing for a while.

My worst run ever - I knew something was wrong after my first few steps - no energy and legs tired very quickly, was sweating like I'd tried very hard but could barely manage more than a walking speed - had to actually walk a mile and a half uphill (into gale force winds) because I was 'running' slower than I could walk. Got home after 6.1 miles and could hardly stand up, felt very shakey. Im either coming down with an illness or my past couple of month's mileage has caught up with me, either way I think I need to rest this week.
