Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That could be the problem though PQ. You may have had too many layers on! If you dress right for the conditions it shouldn't be an issue at all.

Did a bit of cross training and rowing in the gym, rather than run in this bloody freezing fog. I'm with PQ on this one.

Pretty good on the whole. Pioneered a new route, somewhere around 14-15k. Fricking freezing to start with though, and there was a lot of patchy ice around. I nearly fell on my boat several times, and had to grab a lamp post to stay upright having misjudged one particular corner.

My run you say, how was my RUN???

Well - first one for 3 weeks since the tri, having not run for 5 weeks before then due to plantar do-da.
Now - no pain to begin with having done alot of stretches but the niggles soon started and a sharp pain on the first descent forced a walk but then jogged home. So - 2.9 miles, 11.10 pace including walk..... could have been worse, could have been better. But it was a RUN!
