great 6.5 miles around local natoinal trust grounds (Ickworth Park)felt good,flowing along at sub 6 m/mile pace
best for ages :)

4.2 miles with my dad who's visiting me in dublin from italy. It was lovely. Pre-dinner and we were the only 2 people out....cool!!

nice (warm) 5 miles I wanted it at a very slow mm, ended up 55 minutes.....

Crap. Did about a very wet mile, me gimpy foot never eased up (normally does) and wasn't enjoying it so cut it short. Probably do a turbo session later :(
