Thanks for the points Steve!
Had a fairly hilly bike ride today, killer hill on the way back home Rubbish pace but it was nice to get out & about - which I've missed since being injured

Very enjoyable, thanks for asking
It was my longest run yet at 45 mins, suprisingly I didn't feel too bad when I got back in fact I felt like I probably could have kept going for another 5 mins or so!
Looking forward to the next one already!

Hideous. Someone has replaced my quads/glutes/hamstrings with lead. Makes it hard to run you know...

Marvelous. Great company, making a new friend and breakfast after the run.
The run was RPTT and I thought I did very well. My one speed session on the treadmill this week made a huge difference to my run and I was able to live in the uncomfortable zone that bit longer. I'm feeling really good about my running right now, hopefully new PB's will happen before this year is out

It was a bike, 38.7 miles, av speed 14mph. Fastest for anything over 13 miles and furthest ever! Not bad after a nearly 2k swim last night. Racking up some good distances now. Pity i'm banned from running on my bad foot. plantar

10.6 miles of hills, big hills, and then even bigger hills....knackered, soaked to the bone but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!
