Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did my bit to promote Fetch at my race today. Thanked all the marshalls as I went round. Asked one if I'd lost the leading group at about 8k. Lol

I did The Boggart Hole Clough 10k.

Despite questionable carbo loading (8 cans of Brains Bitter, 3 very strong cocktails)the night before / morning of this race I managed to finish this race.

There were some killer hills but this was a cracking little run.

My foot is sore from the injury, but my new trainers ensured I held out to the end and my time was not effected.

10/10 to Salford Harriers for their great organisation of this event - very well martialled. They did try to get my girlfriend to join their club, but Belle Vue Racers snapped her up today! Sorry Salford.

Easy 4 miles with Judderman yesterday, with a bit of rain spitting on us near the end, no sign of shin splints :-) :-)

Not too bad. Not what I wanted but then I always wish I'd done better. :-)

Robin Hood half garmin time 1:37:03 which is EXACTLY my PB time. The course was MUCH harder than Reading though and I now know I'm in reasonable shape for Loch Ness.
