But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

no we've stopped having them, i make the most superb Cajun chicken salad now :) got chicken breasts all ready just waiting on delivery of my spices...

Intervals last night - total 6 miles: 6 times 800m with 200m jog recovery. 800m paces in min miles: 5:59 (ooops bit fast), 6:30, 6:36, 6:24, 6:39, 6:57 (paying for the first interval).

5 miles easy tonight, rest Sat, 10k race sunday.
