Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Siouxsie and IanM - well done on the races, I am envious! I'd love to have done something like that this evening.

4 miles this morning. Felt terrible for the first 3 miles, very sluggish and heavy legs. Last mile was OK. A light drizzle kept me cool.

5 miles last night: middle 3 miles around 7:30 pace. Felt pretty ok, weather superb and legs not bad considering MOnday's 13 miler. Going to double up today, with some lunchtime intervals and an evening 8 miles slow. Weather is grim: cold, dark, cloudy, drizzly. THis has been a shocker of a summer, and to be honest I am getting really ragged off with it. My two weeks doing scuba in the Maldives seems a long way off.

14.2K of sunshine in the forest at lunch. Splendid.
