Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not as impressive as most, but a 30 min run and to the gym afterwards to do weights. Nice to get out in the sunshine!

11.2 miles in 2hr 7mins. Slow but they are *big* hills :-)

Quite disappointed when I got back - thought I'd done 12 or 12.5 miles, nice run though - longest road run I've done in ages, any brief aches were gone in minutes.

Bit too hot for me - wearing a cap helped. Until the wind blew it off & I had to run back to fetch it :-)

It was SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! :-)

8km temporun, 1k warmup, then 5km tempo and 2km cooldown... and the 5k where run at 10k racepace and for the first time ever I managed to drop below 24 minutes for 5km :-) 23.57 wahey!

Most importantly, the knee did not niggle at all :-)

8m under recovery ceiling. 70% of my working heart rate is now no higher than 8:45 min/miles, which is a big improvement. Lovely and sunny :)

7 miles. Cool out for July and a bit of drizzle. Would have enjoyed a little more moisture. :D

A 5 mile fell race. I was knackered but happy. I haven't recovered from Kent yet as I was flat by mile three. I had nothing left and just hung on for the last 2 miles. Weather was beautiful though and I thoroughly enjoyed running through the mud and trails over the Peak District. :-)
