3 mile recovery run this morning. Really couldn't be bothered and felt sluggish all the way round. Beautiful day again though.

Couple of weird 6 milers over the weekend. Only time I could run was (beleive it or not) 1am FRi Night/Sat am and 1 am Sat night/sun am. Got loads of abuse from drunks during the HIgh street bit, saw loads of rabbits scattering everywhere.
13 miler tonight (deferred from Sunday).

5.5 miles on empty legs at 6.30 - still, good steady 65% HR and it's done. Lots of lovely flowers in hedgerows

TRO Saracen - West coast of Scotland. Believe it or not, summer has arrived here a week or so ago. It was roasting here yesterday. Sweltering, tops off, shorts on, and beers in the back garden weather. It's not quite so hot today, but it's still blue skies and sunshine. Same again tomorrow if the forecast is correct.
I'm sure the rain will be back soon.
