Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A steady 5.6 miles with Heidi. Still slight calf niggle but it's ok. :-)

A lovely controlled 15 miles along the Thames towpath with some Fetchies. It felt good and I now feel like I am *actually* training for Berlin Marathon

Just over 9 miles done. First hour I was ok, running well, after that it all went to pot. Probably because I set off too late and without breakfast. Ran out of energy...

Thames Race cancelled due to flooding - damn! (Or should that be dam?), so 90 mins in Swinley Forest running MTB singletrack and every hill I could find. Hard work! Went over very heavily on left ankle, now very sore indeed. Well worth it though :-)

1st opportunity to do a 20miler for some time - took it and enjoyed it - nice and steady! Run marred by a car crash which I witnessed about 200metres ahead of me (car lost control on a corner - going to fast!) - spooked me a wee bit afterwards (didn't think about it at the time - as helped out as best I could)
