Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Same as what Balham Bouncer said too. I'm copying him and Sparky Mark you see :-)

Really enjoyed it though, easy six miles in the sun. :-)

Struggled a little tonight :-( just wasn't really in the mood, took it easy and settled for a nice and steady 4.5 miles. I think I'll rest for a couple of days....maybe ;-)

Awful - shin splints. Really painful and a bit depressing. Think I'll take a couple of days off too!

Needed to get out for a run today to consider current conveyancing problems and to try and chill out - a nice 11miles along N Wales seafront

Anj, well done :)

I did a nice easy 10-miler this afternoon, in really smelly kit that I'd put into a bag after my run on Tuesday. Then I went shopping before I showered and changed. Even the Big Issue sellers outside the Co-op backed politely away.
