Same as what Balham Bouncer said too. I'm copying him and Sparky Mark you see
Really enjoyed it though, easy six miles in the sun.

Struggled a little tonight just wasn't really in the mood, took it easy and settled for a nice and steady 4.5 miles. I think I'll rest for a couple of days....maybe

Club run. Steady away to start with and picked up pace towarsd the end. Just short of 8 miles in total. I'm now on 83 for the month, back on course for 100+ for the month

Awful - shin splints. Really painful and a bit depressing. Think I'll take a couple of days off too!

Needed to get out for a run today to consider current conveyancing problems and to try and chill out - a nice 11miles along N Wales seafront

Anj, well done
I did a nice easy 10-miler this afternoon, in really smelly kit that I'd put into a bag after my run on Tuesday. Then I went shopping before I showered and changed. Even the Big Issue sellers outside the Co-op backed politely away.
