Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6.44 miles in 44:18. Did 7.5mm's for 1.5 miles to loosen off then picked pace up and tackled a decent hill at a good pace. Averaged 6:52mm's with plenty in reserve.

((((((((((((((((((((Sparky))))))))))))))))))))) Thats ALOT of intervals!!

Decided to C&P the entry from my training log cos I'm now feeling lazy :-)

The viewpoint run that I haven't done for a good couple of months. Ran the first hill (which I always used to use as a warm up walk) and powered to the very top without any stops. Got some very odd looks from the young couple at the top (although I may have looked like I was ready to keel over) then let myself go for the downhills. Felt absolutely fantastic at the end & even managed to beat the kids in a sprint race afterwards :-) Very pleased with the 8m/m pace
