Good run 4.4 miles 37 and a bit minutes best I have run in an age and I still feel flabby and heavy legged so there is defo some improvement to come.

Nice to get back to the track after a couple of weeks absence. 1200 warm up, 1000 strides 10x400m (87secs, 83, 86, 86, 86, 87, 87, 86, 88, 84) then 1000m warm down.
