hmm, I'm about 4lb up, 2 of whih re probably "real"and will hang around past the first couple of healthy eating days
That gives me a nett loss of 7lb for 2013, not exactly spectacular! Hope to beat that this year, aiming for 12lb total. A lb a month shouldn't be too painful.
myfitnesspal logging will start Monday, just being a bit more careful between now and then.

I did 30 mins of exercise biking this morning, "covering" 12km and it felt like uphill all the way (OH set it up for me - he's a hard taskmaster!). Allegedly, I only burned 65 calories Can that be right?

Getting on the scales tomorrow. The last of the Christmas chocolate has been eaten today and the fridge and kitchen cupboards are now a crap free zone! I have one bottle of nice prosecco left, I intend to keep this on ice and open it when I've lost half a stone.

Been @rsing about for too long and with VLM and a wee triathlon event this year the less of me there is the better.
WI day is a Friday so still have to brave the post festive weigh in.

Last of January eaten (I'm not one for wasting food). Wine packed in a box at the back of the under stair cupboard. to be rationed, with LionBar's agreement, to 100g per day shared between us (no fighting, now!)
