Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Usually have crisps and chocolate and a fizzy drink for breaks at work (have very short breaks so stuff you can eat as they are) So probably fruit, and maybe try some seeds (don't like nuts)

Can you pre make pasta salads or rice? hard when your working shifts.

My biggest downfall is working from a car or coffee shop - ( we work remotely so don't have a real office to hang out in) so I end up in Costa latte and cake in hand....

CL - find the stops/petrol stations with an M&S food, their fuller for longer stuff is really quite nice and it's pricey enough not to add any unneeded extras at the til

I put on 4kg in December GM! Shocking. And obliterated most of my 2013 weight loss achievements. I have a conference next week and conference dinner is notoriously bad, so MFP will startup once I get back at the end of next week. In the meantime, I'm hoping that just not 'Christmas' eating and drinking will help...

I'm in for this, I've piled on shedloads of weight over the last month, no training & eating like an Ultra runner has made me a little chubby... Just off to go weigh myself now.
