Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

He gets 60g, I get 40g. Suits us both.
But if he goes NEAR my 4 squares there will be blood...

Same story hear I'm afraid. With no running since mid-December (due to Achilles problem) and associated meals/puddings/chocs etc. lately I have put on 4lb and am almost back to my 2013 start weight. On a positive note, I'd be even heavier now if it wasn't for the weight I did manage to lose. And staying positive, the Achilles problem seems to be sorted as I was able to walk into town a couple of days ago without feeling any tightness or soreness. So I will be going for an exploratory jog-ette in day or so and fingers crossed there are no problems and I can get back into my HM training.

I have had no chock over Christmas, but I have had a lot of sitting down - really wet and miserable...

My new spinning bike is here and I managed 45 mins on it yesterday.... I have yet to name her/him!!

Just planning a cycling holiday of epic proportions again!! :-) :-) just agreeing it with the girls, so I NEED to be in those short shorts by the summer.

Having my last big meal of a roast - then I am ready....

I have promised I will eat much more veg and fish this year - cut the processed poop out... fish cooks quickly so will fit in with work/home.
Planning has started this weeks meal plan and large ocado food order done!
