I've sort-of added myself to the list butit is still highlighted so I'm not sure if I've done it properly - could someone check please? Anyway, I have 5 kgs to lose. I will be sooo speedy if I manage that ;-)

Added :-) I was doing really well and was on my way back to my fighting weight before Christmas but the last 2 weeks or so have derailed me. Don't want to continue with the inevitable slide into my 'fat' jeans again! Haven't added my starting weight yet, plan to brave the scales on New Years Day, it's my first time on the thread so be gentle with me (unless I put more flab on in which case feel free to kick my ass :-))

Hi TnoP I have added you to the spready - as I have said, we don't need your actual weight if you're not happy to disclose it -

Just track weight changes - I will do a round up next Sunday as a lot of people are new starters this week.

If you can not access the spreadsheet please ask someone else to do it for you! :-)

I am starting today..... I will weigh later :-( dreading it!!

I'm in too. Have just stepped on the scales and I'm horrified. I'm going to go back to using myfitnesspal too to record what I eat. I need to lose at least a stone for Windermere Marathon in May.
