Weigh ins are any day that you want, weekly round up is on a Sunday.
Please add your weight changes to the google docs spreadsheet, if you can not access it - please ask someone on the thread..

I will be adding myself tomorrow morning, as that is when I weigh myself. I could guess now but I'd probably be underestimating the awful truth!

Please could someone add my starting weight as 11 stone 1 1/2
That's 20lbs over peebee weight so some work to do.......
.....but still 3 stone lighter than my heaviest :)

Not adding myself to the spreadsheet as I'm fighting the numbers obsession, but my previously saggy jeans are a bit tight and I wobble more than I did this time last year.

Reckon I've got 4-6 months of sensible eating to get back into shape.
