The summer soltiace has really challenged my sleeping.. what I need to do is embrace it and get up for morning runs
I managed it on Monday, definitely my time to run as I seem to run further first thing
I’m on day off today so I can run before I go visit a lovely friend of mine and see her twin babies for the first time!
Exciting day ahead, getting the run in early is most excellent
Might have to replace a few steps with jumping up and down when England play later!

I managed to force myself to do my core (6 x 30s planks) plus a good leg stretch when I got home last night. Can't remember the last time I did that
Water's proving to be an easy one at work as I have an 800ml bottle and there's fizzy water on tap - I happily get through two bottles each day. And developing the habit there is prompting me to drink more water at home too.

Of it helps this weeks been a challenge for me booze wise.. but my theory is I’m not changing Anything overnight, I feel like the observing part is key at the moment
Change in small steps
This isn’t overnight for me, and I know I’ve habbits to rein in
I think this week I’m a bit off kilter (mums anniversary normally does that, 25 yrs this year is an odd feeling).
And I’ve a big tooth out tomorrow, I’ll admit in here I’m a bit scared! However I just have to go. Do. And gone out the other side
Walking nothing like I’d hoped but today’s lack was because I spent time with an amazing friend and her lil family of 4mnth old twins,
That, makes me smile. That is as important

I've had a glass of wine this evening, but I've eaten sensibly all day. There was no time to run (it's been like that all week) but I'm sanguine about this as I'm going on holiday on Monday and will run and walk and swim when I get there, and trying to fit it in now would just stress me out.

Lovely positivity team!
I WFH today and managed TWO snoozes! AND 3.3 miles of run/walk (so hot) which made my WSW game look much healthier.
Some glasses with the footie but there we go. Almost no snacks.

I'm loving the footy... I've dipped out of a few world cups but this one has a great buzz around it and I'm enjoying it...
I'm off for tooth out later today... apprehensive
Determined to get my walking in today, and off for a run in a little while as I'm working from home today and first on the agenda is a 9am team changes catch up so I need to be run, ready and straight On it today
I got really excited last night about packaging, we are doing open studio next Sunday at the workshop, and selling.. this is my creative other... I'm very excited, prepping is giving me such a positive to focus on
Water water everywhere is the motto today Eat well Walking with energy too.. I think when I walk to see Denis later I'll go the pretty route, longer and beautiful up to the castle
Fridays knocking on our door! Be good to yourselves today, two positives at least 😊
