Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The run was modest, but it was done.

Next challenge is no alcohol today.

New month, new regime

Positive news - I refrained from having a drink yesterday, and I ran 5 miles this morning.

Good work everyone! I had a good weekend, ran twice & ate well but think I may have metatarsalgia, feels like a pebble under my foot. Made the last two miles yesterday very painful. Frozen peas were deployed last night & wearing newest running shoes to work until it feels better. Not sure how much running I can do with this. But sensible food choices will continue & drinking more water!

Well done Dio and Lemon! Hope the foot feels better.

I walked 4 miles yesterday and went running this morning all in the name of Who Squares Wins. I noticed me and Dio are now on the same ranking but unfortunately we aren't competing with each other in this round.

I thought that too, Miss Chappo, I have another ‘stranger’this week who looks a bit handy. We would have been a better match!

I've got IanS who I think is quite prolific but hopefully not in the square! Hopefully one week we'll get each other.

5 miles.. I can’t wait to build up to 5 miles again. Nice one!

I got out for my lunch walk today, taking a colleague for a nosey along the sea wall, it’s just so good to get out of the office! Makes 100% difference from my previous working through life

WAter intake good today, food wonky as my extraction site a bit odd, going Back on Weds, hope it’s not infected bloody teeth! I never liked the dentists.. on a positive note I was so hungry when I got in I hoovered up my dinner 😊

My weeks a bit giddy kipper with a training day tomorrow and then hols later in the week... it’s literally going to be a mindful week

It’s so hot water should be easy for us
We’ve 7 days to get these injury’s and bugs sorted
And a focus on that old friend Suzy boozey...

I’m so tempted to try that fancy non alcoholic gin

Right, what’s the square thing???

Good work can’s...

Still haven’t bought myself a snazzy new water bottle but took a 1litre Nalgene bottle to work today and have got through a couple of litres as well as my usual mugs of tea :)
Over 15000 steps and under calories today ✔️

Need to pack my stuff for tomorrow but am stuck to the sofa watching the footy ⚽️

Ooh holibobs FRU 😎

Hello am feeling much more positive about things today 😁 ribs feel tad better and am wanting to move more and am less dependant on pain killers. Am going to try and find some new running shoes tomorrow. I need to fit in a 60 mile bike ride this weekend if possible.

Am still managing at least 12000 steps a day so that's something.

Food is so so and have had a gin tonight as have visitors and will be same most nights this week 😋
