It's so hot! A total wall of heat here today
Great news in my apprehension meant I left early and walked a good 2 miles before the chair of doom... man that was a tough 20mins! But all done... wandered around town in a daze For a bit before heading home.. 3.9 miles
Lovely jubley that will do
I'm now about to nod off in a haze of numb mouth and effects of string g&t... all the better for getting an early rise in and hopefully not too much issue from the new gap!

Results this week:
Really good at water, actually enjoying drinking it! Coffee under control, may drop to 1 cup from Monday Belt notching lower, "almost" two holes down!!!
mindset is the best Change along with the walking and bring out in the open more
Running.. I'm getting 2's back in, and 3's. That'll do nicer my thank you!
You can guess the biggest challenge! With the birthday and anniversary season on us plus a trip north to see the Killers I've decided not to obsess about the booze trail just yet. My only agreement is this - water chasers - if drinking g&t water it down (started doing that actually last year on holidays, you add water into the drink so your keeping the water going and overall it's got to be less albohol as the drink lasts longer, yes even into beer and wine, the old "rose" trick)
How are you all getting on?

Yesterday not many positives other than lentil soup and salad for lunch.
Have run 3 miles this morning though :-). V. hot now.

We’re up early and off for a fresh “lido” swim soon then it’s footy night

I’m struggling to do much in the heat but I’m ‘tapering’ for next weekdnd’s 50 mile LDWA’er so feel like I have an excuse
One positive is the heat (and possibly anti-histidines) is really putting me off booze. I’ve even been doing 0.5% weissbeir
